Senior HR Team Lead (m/f)

Our client is one of the main prestigious financial institutions in Luxembourg.
We have been mandated to support them in the recruitment of a Senior HR Team Lead to encompass the following responsibilities : recruitment & talent scouting, learning and development, and employer branding.
Position
As a Senior HR Team Lead, your missions will be to:
- Manage the HR team of +8 people;
- Oversee the entire recruitment process by identifying recruitment needs, matching resources to the requirements, drafting and publishing job advertisements, selecting recruitment channels, conducting psychometric tests, etc.), ensuring its relevance and alignment with the market and needs, while also ensuring compliance with the current regulations and legislation.
- Ensure and monitor all processes and activities related to Learning & Development (identifying training needs based on the given strategy and directions, selecting providers, creating content, monitoring the Learning Management System, etc.). Supervising the management of the training budget.
- Supervise the deployment of the employer brand within the company and externally. Ensure the quality and relevance of the content in alignment with the HR and the company’s strategy.
- Motivate and support current team;
- Identify HR needs.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in leading an HR team/department;
- A relevant experience in recruitment, learning and development, HR marketing,
- Fluency in French & English, German and/or Luxembourgish is definitely a strong asset;
- MSc/MA in Psychology or in Human Resources, or a relevant field;
- Strong understanding of Luxembourgish labour laws, the interviewing process, benefits administration;
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards;
- Driven, confidence and precision are words that describe you;
- Proven ability to autonomously drive large projects to completion.
