Integration & Test Engineer (m/f)

Our client is an innovative air technology company developing advanced, intelligent flight and control solutions. To support the growth of its R&D activities in Luxembourg, the company is looking to strengthen its engineering team with an Integration & Test Engineer position.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys bringing complex systems together and ensuring they perform reliably from lab to real-world operation.
Position
- Lead system integration, bring-up and validation across hardware, firmware, software and algorithms
- Support prototype bring-up and troubleshoot system-level issues involving electronics, embedded software and interfaces
- Define and execute test plans at unit, subsystem and system tools
- Develop and operate HIL/SIL test environments and simulation-based validation tools
- Automate tests and reporting, and integrate testing into CI/CD workflows
- Analyze test results, track issues, and drive corrective actions with development teams
- Contribute to system readiness, reliability and certification-related testing activities
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system integration and testing of complex embedded systems
- Strong hands-on experience with embedded hardware/software integration and communication interfaces
- Experience with test automation, simulation tools, and data analysis
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory
