General Accountant – Family Office (m/f)

Position
Nous sommes ravis d’accompagner cette structure bienveillante et très professionnelle dans le recrutement d’un(e) Comptable Général(e).
Sous la supervision de comptables plus seniors puis indépendamment une fois que vous aurez gagné en connaissance, vos activités consisteront notamment à :
- Collaborer étroitement avec les Contrôleurs Financiers ;
- Gérer un portefeuille de sociétés holding/SPV luxembourgeoises ;
- Comprendre et superviser l’ensemble du processus comptable de A à Z pour ce portefeuille ;
- Préparer les PV des assemblées générales ;
- Établir les déclarations de TVA et fiscales ;
- Élaborer les états financiers ;
- Être le point de contact pour les auditeurs et les fiscalistes ;
- Assurer les reportings BCL.
We are currently looking for a General Accountant to strengthen the accounting team.
Working under the supervision of senior accountants at first, you will progressively gain autonomy and take full ownership of a dedicated portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Closely collaborate with Financial Controllers
- Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg holding companies / SPVs
- Oversee the full accounting cycle end-to-end
- Prepare General Meeting minutes (AGM/EGM minutes)
- Prepare VAT and tax returns
- Produce financial statements
- Act as key contact for auditors and tax advisors
- Ensure BCL regulatory reporting
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting (experience in a fiduciary firm is an asset)
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP (LUX GAAP)
- Knowledge of SPVs is a strong advantage
- Strong IT skills; knowledge of BOB50 is a plus
- French and level in English
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Autonomous, team-oriented, and humble mindset
- Strong communication skills
