Poste
The Front-End Development Team Manager leads a team of approximately 10 people who play a key role in driving the company’s online initiatives. In this role, he/she will:
- Lead and manage the Front-End Development Team responsible for building and maintaining the organization’s digital platforms.
- Work closely with Back-End, UX, and Integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of customer-facing solutions.
- Oversee the scoping, planning, and delivery of enhancements across websites, mobile applications, and other online experience platforms, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Maintain high coding standards and minimize technical debt across all front-end products and platforms.
- Ensure strong unit test coverage and keep all dependencies current and reliable.
- Contribute to the overall architecture of the company’s online platforms in collaboration with the Head of Digital Solutions and the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Define and enforce coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices for development pipelines.
- Lead and coordinate code reviews across the Front-End Development Team.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Technical Leads responsible for each front-end product.
- Organize and supervise code quality audits and technical checkpoints across projects.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Solutions and the Online Platforms Team Manager to prioritize technical initiatives related to platform maintenance and technical debt reduction.
Profil
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of development experience, including at least 5 years working with modern web frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) and 1+ year with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Minimum of 3 years in a team lead or development management role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering websites leveraging CDN architectures and serverless middleware (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
- Good understanding of cloud-based, headless CMS solutions.
- Hands-on DevOps experience, particularly with Azure DevOps and pipeline automation.
- Strong customer-focused mindset in shaping product features and technical decisions.
- Solid Agile delivery experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities and sound leadership skills.
- Ability to identify development opportunities, work independently or as part of a team, and take proactive ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflict, lead effectively, and remain resilient under pressure.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
