We are recruiting a Billing Team Manager to lead and supervise a team within a demanding, fast-growing, and stable environment. This role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on HR leadership, team management, and cross-departmental communication.

Poste

  • Lead and manage the billing team, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement, motivation, and development.
  • Act as a manager-coach, providing clear guidance and regular feedback.
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture aligned with the company’s values.
  • Partner with HR and senior management to structure the team and organize the billing activity.
  • Work closely with department heads to gather information, track billing deadlines, and streamline processes.
  • Ensure consistent workflow and high-quality output in a growing operational environment.
  • Monitor team performance and support skill development in a constructive and supportive setting.
  • Handle sensitive interpersonal situations with discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Be a driver of change, supporting organizational transformation (ERP, digital tools) and promoting team adaptability.
  • Collaborate with other international entities for which billing operations are handled from Luxembourg.

Profil

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in billing or finance, including at least 5 years in team management.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and establish credibility at all levels.
  • Ability to act with diplomacy or assertiveness depending on the situation; strong analytical and decision-making skills, particularly in delicate conversations or complex team dynamics.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and able to influence without direct authority.
  • Capable of initiating and structuring change.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency with billing systems, financial software, and reporting platforms.
  • Fluency in French (native level) and professional proficiency in English.
