Junior Inside Sales (F/M)
Company
Our client is an IT services company that has been operating in Luxembourg for nearly ten years. We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive who is organised and commercially minded. You will work closely with the organisation’s director and manage your own client portfolio.
Position
Missions:
- Developing turnover and increasing sales margins in line with the strategy defined by the director in order to achieve objectives,
- Negotiate in line with the pricing and margin strategy in order to achieve the company’s objectives,
- Maintain, develop and retain a portfolio of clients by selling subscriptions to advertising, visibility products, advertising products, websites and partner products,
- Report back on information from the field; act as an interface between the company and its clients,
- Record and update work progress in the CRM tool provided,
- Collaborate with the IT department.
Profile
Profil :
- Fluent in English, proficiency in another language would be an asset (French, German or Luxembourgish),
- Technical degree in sales,
- Junior up to 5 years’ experience,
- Sales oriented and proactive personality, independent, organised, assertive and resilient,
- Discretion, reliability, empathy and diplomacy,
- Knowledge of sales techniques,
- Affinity with the IT sector.
