Our client is a digital bank based in Luxembourg. We are delighted to share our exclusive assignment to recruit an T24 Application Support Specialist.
Poste
- Providing software and business application support in a cross-functional delivery model (DevOps), including performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring optimal front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
- Collaborating with software development engineers, testers, business analysts, and internal/external stakeholders to enhance application performance.
- Overseeing code migration across environments to maintain consistent and synchronized functionality.
- Identifying and resolving root causes of application errors.
- Recording configuration changes and coordinating application updates/upgrades.
- Documenting configuration adjustments and processes.
- Offering support to customers and colleagues in business units.
- Providing rotational on-call support as required.
Profil
- A diploma or vocational training in information technology, or related field
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position or TPH & T24 API system implementation
- Proficiency of SQL server and core banking system Temenos T24 are mandatory
- Good Understanding of the following environments: Archiving platform (Documentum), Workload automation platform (Automic), Set up and monitoring production jobs, securing data transfer (internal/external) and coordination and deployment of new software releases in both UAT and Production environments
- Ideally you have already worked in the IT environment of a financial company.
