Our client is a leading firm in the media industry in Luxembourg. To strengthen their commercial presence in Luxembourg, they are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for a team of 10 people.
Poste
- Team Management: leading, motivating, and managing a sales team of 10 people, setting clear objectives, coaching and mentoring them, identifying skill gaps, and providing support/training to enhance their capabilities and performance.
- Business development and Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Overseeing negotiations and ensuring the successful closure of sales process.
- Analysing market trend and implementing sales performance metrics to developo the sales strategy and monitor performance.
- Preparing sales forecasts and budgets, and providing regular updates and reports on sales performance, key challenges, and progress towards objectives.
- Reporting line : Sales Director.
Profil
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business with a specialisation in Sales, Marketing, and/or Communication.
- You bring a successful experience as a Sales Manager with + 8 years in a media/advertising/communication field,
- Alternatively, relevant experience as a Marketing or Communication Manager would also be considered an asset.
- A fluency in English and in French is required for the role;
In terms of soft skills, you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and influence your team to achieve their objectives. You have a good understanding of people’s emotions, strong negotiation skills, and solid problem-solving abilities, which allow you to identify solutions. You demonstrate analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate data and market trends to make qualitative decisions and refine the sales strategy when necessary.
