We are delighted to share with you a new opening for one of our clients. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant fluent in French and English or French and Russian.


As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for the following topics:


  • Manage schedules and organize meetings and appointments;
  • Act as a first point of contact, dealing with emails and phone calls;
  • Write, compile and prepare reports and presentations;
  • Liaise with staff members, clients, and suppliers;
  • Organize events and conferences, ensuring the distribution of meetings minutes’;
  • Book and arrange travels, transport, and accommodation;
  • Collating and filing expenses;
  • Provide assistance for personal and family tasks.


The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:


  • Fluent in French and English or French and Russian;
  • Discrete and trustworthy;
  • Able to be flexible and to adapt to different situations;
  • Organizational skill and the ability to multitask;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive and able to take the initiative;
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position.
