Our client is a mid-size and dynamic company specialized in Information Technologies solutions. The company works with European and international customers. Due to the growing business, we are looking for an Account Manager (F/M).
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the onboarding of new projects;
- Manage relationships and negotiate with the clients;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Liaise with staff and clients in different countries;
- Communicate customer issues with the team and find ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complains.
The ideal candidate has the following attributes:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Economics or related field;
- Experience or proven abilities to work in an information technology driven sector (Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS);
- Client focused and excellent client relationships skills;
- Ability to operate easily through complex processes, policies and able to priorities work;
- Used to deal with C levels and Executives;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- People and team oriented whilst able to work independently;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- High level of creativity and ability to transform great ideas into deliverable projects;
- Fluent level in English. Any additional languages will be an advantage (French, German, Italian, Spanish…).
